With 3 locations, we are a multi-faceted company specializing in "break and fix" computer and laptops repairs, Managed IT Services, VoIP Telephony and Open Source Sugar CRM Consulting and Integration. We are looking for a creative, organized, customer service and technology focused individual. This person will support existing and new clients within a team environment. We work together to better ourselves and our teammates to improve and grow as a whole. We're looking for someone who would fit in the PRO family. Client Services Representative

Position Summary:

Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients, provide requested information to callers, perform research and troubleshooting for customer issues in a call center environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

      • Answers incoming client telephone calls in a courteous and professional

manner.

      • Responds to and investigates client inquiries, concerns, and issues via

Phone, in-person and e-mail in a timely and courteous manner.

      • Receives, records, and routes clients inquiries or concerns in appropriate

manner.

      • Answers clients inquiries and provides appropriate information.
      • Researches and resolves customer complaints and/or issues.
      • Contacts clients when necessary to follow-up on customer issues or

complaints.

      • Obtains customer feedback information.
      • Effectively communicates customer issues and concerns to all applicable internal staff members.
    • Documents all contacts, actions, and responses in customer database.
    • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

 

Qualifications:

      • Minimum of one year related experience or equivalent.
      • Excellent customer service skills.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office 2007/2010/2013/Office365 (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
      • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
      • Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
      • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams
      • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

Onsite PC & MAC Repair Technician / IT Consultant


 

Position Summary:

Provide onsite services to residential and small business clients. Daily tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Receive on-site client requests and schedule appointments. Complete appointments, create invoice and take payment online
  • PC / Mac troubleshooting; virus and spyware removal
  • New PC / Mac setup or add new device (printer, camera, scanner etc) to existing computer or network
  • Setup or troubleshoot Mac and PCs operating system or software (Office 365, QuickBooks, DropBox etc) locally or into a network environment
  • Setup or troubleshoot Routers, Access Points, Wi-Fi Repeaters, NAS devices and Cloud Services
  • Consult with business clients to replace hardware and how to use technology to increase productivity or provide cost savings solutions like VoIP Telephony,  New Hardware, Office365 etc.  If customer is interested in learning more get proposal from  Business IT Department.
  • One on one tutoring and consulting
  • Wireless or wired network setup and troubleshooting

 

Technical Skills  Required

  • Strong Knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Mac OS) and how to connect and troubleshoot devices : printers, scanners, web cameras…etc
  • Good Knowledge of network devices Routers / Access Points / Repeaters / NAS and networking protocols and ports
  • Very good knowledge of virus removal procedures and troubleshooting skills
  • Very good knowledge of Office Suite (including Office365) , cloud services (Drop Box, iCloud, One Drive etc) and how to set them up on the phones and tablets

 

Technical Skills Desired: VPN, RDP, Port Forwarding, DNS, VoIP Phones, Virtualization and Linux Servers

 

Personal Characteristics:

 

  • Has to have a DL and very good driving record as you will be assigned a company car
  • Very good communication skills and be able to talk technology in laymen terms
  • Excellent customer service skills. Strong organizing and prioritizing skills; follow-up and completion of tasks  and appointments is a must; Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Able to meet client timelines along with internal timelines;
  • Been able to work independently but been able to communicate and coordinate with the internal teams on large scale projects
  • Have a passion for the industry and a drive for helping others

Entry Level Shop PC & MAC Repair Technician / Consultant


 

Position Summary:

  •  Answers phones and gives customers details about existing service orders;
  • Offers support to customers at drop-off and pick-up time;
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues on laptops and desktops
  • Clean computers of viruses and spyware
  • Perform Windows and MAC installation and track down drivers
  • Conduct imaging procedure or OEM recovery if necessary.
  • List laptop and desktop parts on eBay, inventory tasks
  • Return defective parts for warranty and track down refund
  • Any additional tasks as requested.

 

Technical skills:

  • Strong PC and MAC laptops and desktop components knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of
  • Good troubleshooting skills

 

 

Other: Required to work on Saturdays (10AM-5PM)
