Meet the PRO's
PRO Service Center - Grand Opening, September 2014
PRO's employs are people who love technology, possess a drive to learn and excel, and collaborate in a collective and positive way to impact the work we do for all of our clients. Our staff is made up of engineers, designers, technicians, and a group of creative minds that fulfill jobs in lead generation, PC and Mac repairs, business IT, in-home services, remote support, and accounting. Our repairs service department consists of a Technical Operations Director, Shop Supervisors and Level 1 and 2 Technicians.
We are just like you. We have, friends and family, hobbies and dreams, you name it. We like what we do and enjoy helping others. Your problems are our problems, too. Not only will we solve your problems, we will also teach you how to avoid them in the future, or show you how to handle them if they were to occur again. Your job is to grow your business and enjoy life, not fight with technology.
PRO has over 50 years of combined experience in sales, service, and support for all your technological needs. Our focus on exceeding client expectations has propelled us as a leader in the Chicagoland IT industry. We are continuously seeking out new technology and techniques to assist our clients in meeting the ever changing demands of today's technology.
PROs are caring, understanding friendly and relaxed professionals. We know our staff, but we are not techies. We listen very carefully to a client's situation and we'll explain it to them in a simple and clear way that is easy to understand. We know and take pride in doing the job the right way.

I started PRO 5 months after I entered US with just one screwdriver and a lot of confidence. Before coming here, I worked in the South of France as a gardener and very much enjoyed the food and wine :) When I am not working on the back end system at PRO, I enjoy sitting on the porch and grilling Romanian "Mici" with my family and friends.
I am an average man of average height, average weight, and average intelligence. I have average hair, average eyes, and average humor. Average tastes in music, books, and humor. Overall, I'm fairly average. OH! I also like the color orange.
Before moving to Chicago, I operated my own computer repair business in the small town of Williamston, Michigan, where I served the local businesses and residents. I also taught guitar at Six String Place and maintained their recording studio’s equipment. I enjoy playing music with my band, The Suitz, playing video games, and working out at the gym. I’m proud to be working alongside the PROs of Chicago and helping you with all of your technology needs.
I was born in Okinawa, Japan and lived in 3 states before turning 1 years old. I enjoy grilling, biking, listening to music, playing video games, watching anime, everything Star Wars, and spending time out on the town with friends. I'm a real down to earth person, but I always strive to do great in whatever I'm doing. I've grown to love technology and love to help people even more, so I enjoy doing what I do.
Born and raised in Chicago, I was attracted to computers & electronics since my early childhood years and til this day I still am. There is always something new to learn everyday in this field which makes it enjoyable and satisfying. I am a pretty easy going person, I like to help and meet new people. While not assisting client needs at PRO, I tend to play PC games, bowling, go to the racing track and watch sports games / hanging out with my buddies.

Originally a European who moved to the US for new opportunities and experiences. Some of my free time is spent going outside as much as possible, quite the opposite from what I do for a living. One of my past experiences is that I used to play professional handball for 10 years. Other hobbies of mines includes traveling, reading books, and - being that I am a musician - performing on the weekends. I also love meeting new people and always have the willingness to help those who need it.
I was born and raised in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and grew up playing ice hockey which I played briefly overseas in my early 20’s. I served five years in the United States Air Force from 2001 to 2006. In my spare time I enjoy going to rock and punk live shows, watching and attending just about any sporting event aside from soccer, going golfing, and getting tattoos. I've been working for PRO since February of 2013.
Lover of music, languages, technology, and video games. When I'm not assisting clients and working behind the scenes at PRO, I'm usually playing video games at Ignite Gaming Lounge, hanging out with friends, and playing the bass guitar in the indie band, Erzulie. Other fun facts: I've studied Japanese for 6 years and currently learning American Sign Language.
Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, I have been attracted to technology, graphic design, and web development since the age of 15. At 16, with help from a friend, I established a successful online design company catered towards musicians. I studied graphic design for two years at Triton College and Computer Information Systems for 2 years at Harold Washington College. When I’m not helping clients achieve their web development needs, I am out biking at the beach, at home playing video games, reading comics, or bumming around with my cats.
