Carry in or Ship in Repairs

In-shop PC and MAC Repairs function on first-come, first-served basis and usually require 2 to 3 business days for most hardware and software repairs and data recovery services. There is no charge upfront as PRO offers flat rate pricing, FREE diagnostic, and a 120 day hardware warranty for all carry-in or ship-in repairs.

PRO flat rate pricing is an upfront all-inclusive repair based on a specific problem.  Flat rates include parts, labor, taxes, and an estimated time frame for repair.  In certain cases, a device may not be covered by one of our flat rate services.  It these situations, PRO will provide a FREE repair quote to get your device working again.

It all starts with a call or filling out the form at the bottom of our Contact Us page. We'll first assess your needs and advise you on best course of action. If immediate assistance is needed, then we'll dispatch an on-site technician to get your business back up and running as quickly as possible.

If you are looking to outsource your Business IT needs to PRO or if you are looking for solutions regarding VoIP for your business, Cloud services, or monthly maintenance, we will visit you on-site to better understand your needs and better define the scope of work. After an initial assessment, we'll be able to provide you with an upfront quote and discuss with you the best way to proceed over the phone or in person. Chicagoland In-home PC, MAC, and Network Repair Services

In-home computer and network repair services are charged by an hour, starting at $95 per hour, with a 1 hour minimum plus parts (if applicable). There is no travel fee within a 12 mile radius of our Service Center location, but we will charge for parking, if applicable. Time proceeding the first 30 minutes will be billed in 15-minute increments. In-home service process work is done in 4 easy steps:
    1. Request Services - call

    2. Setup Appointment - an on-site technician will contact you within 24 hours to get more information about the problem and setup the date and time of the appointment
    3. Service and Testing - we'll meet you at your home, bring the necessary parts and get started on your repair
    4. Post Service Support  - if adjustments are needed, we offer 2 weeks of free remote support

Nationwide PC and Mac Repair and Troubleshooting

Online remote services for residential clients are charged by 30 minute increments, starting at $55 per 1/2 hour, with a30 minute minimum. Remote support work is done in 4 easy steps
