3CX is priced as an annual license/subscription which is based on the number of simultaneous calls required. As a rule of thumb, 1 sim. call per 3-4 extensions is sufficient (33% rule for a normal retail or office environment)

There are 2 other categories of costs that are associated with setting up a new 3CX VoIP system and you might need to buy additional hardware such as IP phones or a PoE switch.

Yes it does. You can get a 16SIM license free for the first year, and a 4SIM license after that

Can 3CX be deployed on-premise?

Yes, 3CX has started as a software VoIP PBX installed on a windows system and today can be installed on Linux as well. See list of operating systems above.

Can I use my cloud?

Yes, that’s one of the advantages of 3CX, its very flexible and can be installed in your exiting cloud infrastructure.

What VOIP phones do you recommend?

We work with Yealink, Grandstream, and Favil.

When migrating to 3CX, will my phones be down?

No, stage the server, provisioning the phones and come on-site when the phone numbers will port to the VoIP carrier. There will be very little or no downtime.
